| Scholarships |
| OSSIM provides its students an array of scholarships. Prospective scholarship recipients may become eligible based upon the following : |
- Academic achievement,
- Financial need,
- Group Affiliation,
- or some combination of these factors.

| OSSIM works to assist students in meeting their financial needs (Financial Need = Cost of Attendance – Expected Family Contribution) . |
| In addition to scholarships, students in need of additional educational funds might consider: |
- Contacting businesses,
- Civic organizations,
- Fraternal or religious organizations to ask if they offer scholarships,
- Speaking to high school administrative or counseling staff about available scholarships

Contacting a local library for further resource information, “PRIVATELY FUNDED” Scholarships for Freshers
There is a merit based scholarships available to incoming freshers. These are awarded on a competitive basis. However, students should file their Application for Student Aid/Scholarship as soon as they are short listed (within 15 days of the notice) in order to be considered for Privately funded scholarships.
